use them on the altar next to them get Desired prayer.
when your done that go to rock crabs and train (if your level 3) till desired stats like dont get 99... when your done training go to Barbarian assualt use protect from melee attacks 43 prayer bring Prayer Pots and kill them for Rune Defenders, Fighters Torso, and Fighters Hat sell them at edge bank Prices below.
